Staying safe in the sun

Whilst many of us to enjoy like to the sun and hot weather we should make sure we do it safely and remember certain groups of people are more vulnerable than others to the effects of heat and the suns UV rays.

Despite our weather this summer being rather dismal, the effect from just a little sun can be harmful.

We headed down to Formby beach to get some top tops on how to stay safe in the sun.
