Solar Panels for Halton Stadium as green scheme scaled back

As part of a project that originally looked to install solar panels in a number of publicly owned buildings in Halton, the green energy generators have been installed in the Stobart Stadium.

Bay TV met with Halton Borough Council's Operational Director for Community & Environment to discuss the advantages of the solar panels, and the problems that lead to the scaling back of the project.
