Farewell to Herbie Higgins

Liverpool is saying farewell to local legend Herbie Higgins, who dedicated over half a century to improving the lives of people in Toxteth.

Despite the strong winds and bitter November cold, many turned out to the Liverpool Anglican Cathedral pay their respects to Herbie, a beloved and influential man whose good work and impact shall remain with Liverpool and its communities.
