Operation Clean Sweep at Goodison Park

Children in North Liverpool have been helping their communities by taking part in a sweeper system at Goodison Park. The hardworking litter-picking children have been rewarded with tickets to watch Everton Football Club, generously paid for by housing associations in the area.

Today was the official launch of this season's Operation Clean Sweep and the event held at Goodison was attended by the Lord Mayor and ex-Toffees striker Graeme Sharp.
