Minding p's and queues at Liverpool's writing workshop

By Eamonn Lavery

Budding writers should start here. In Allerton library, the Liverpool writer, Glyn Wright, is running one of the monthly Writing Advice Desks run by the Windows Project.

The one on one, first come first served workshops are to give advice on the nuts and bolts of writing and, for those who are ready for it, on how to get their work published.

Bay TV went down to Allerton to find out how these sessions work, how to balance quality feedback and time constraints, and what benefit one young, developing author derived from meeting Glyn.
