Virgin Trains loses West Coast Mainline franchise

Bay TV Liverpool took to the streets to ask people, what they think about Virgin Rail losing its bid to continue running the West Coast Mainline after 15 years.

Virgin will be replaced by the UK's largest rail Operator, First Group. First Group said it would "offer substantial improvements in the quality and frequencies of services".
